Supplements

In general, I can’t give medical advice and I don’t have a position on supplements. I think they are at best fun and create GDP (well, that sort of already gives away my standpoint). If you are eating a balanced diet and live in any developed country, supplements are not necessary or recommended unless specifically prescribed by your doctor. That said, I understand as we pursue fitness, we are generally more physically active and our body may need more maintenance and be better taken care of even if it’s just for peace of mind. So if they happen to be of any interests to you, the number one thing to consider is safety. Consult your doctor and purchase established brands from reputable vendors like Costco and Amazon. Here is the list of supplements that I’m taking at the time of this writing and I’ll update them from time to time.
